  • Your TfL password stays yours. When a check runs you sign in on Transport for London’s own website. We never see it and never store it.
  • We only read your journey history. Enough to spot a delay worth claiming, and nothing else from your account.
  • Close your account and it is gone. Your travel data and your saved TfL sign-in are deleted with it.
