TfL’s own sign-in page will open here. Have your phone ready: they text a code every time.

• Your TfL password stays yours. That page is TfL’s own. Your password and the text code go to them, not to us.
• We read your journey history and the email on your account. The email is how we know who you are and where to send results.
• Close your account and it is gone. Your travel data and your saved TfL sign-in are deleted with it.
